Hi, Iβm Coby β Founder and CEO ofΒ Luv Your Age.
Iβm deeply passionate about self-care, energy healing, and helping others find balance in their bodies, minds, and spiritsβespecially as we grow older and wiser.
However, this path wasnβt easy.
My journey through loss, illness, and trauma has shaped everything I now offer throughΒ Luv Your Age. I experienced the devastating loss of my home and life savings during the 2007 Global Financial Crisis. I navigated a painful family breakup and endured a long-term benzodiazepine dependency that brought me to the edge. My health was in a dire state, and at one point, I was told recovery would be impossible.
But I chose a different path.
That decision set me on a healing journeyβone that included deep personal work, natural therapies, energy healing, and soul-searching. Some methods were dead ends, but many helped me rise stronger, clearer, and more connected to myself than ever before.
One of my doctors recently called my recovery aΒ miracle. I call itΒ empowermentβand now, I help others discover that same power within themselves.
