Hi, I’m Coby – Founder and CEO of Luv Your Age.

I’m deeply passionate about self-care, energy healing, and helping others find balance in their body, mind, and spirit—especially as we grow older and wiser.

But this path didn’t come easily.

My journey through loss, illness, and trauma has shaped everything I now offer through Luv Your Age. I experienced the devastating loss of my home and life savings during the 2007 Global Financial Crisis. I navigated a painful family breakup and endured a long-term benzodiazepine dependency that brought me to the edge. My health was in a dire state, and at one point, I was told recovery would be impossible.

But I chose a different path.

That decision set me on a healing journey—one that included deep personal work, natural therapies, energy healing, and soul-searching. Some methods were dead ends, but many helped me rise stronger, clearer, and more connected to myself than ever before.

One of my doctors recently called my recovery a miracle. I call it empowerment—and now, I help others discover that same power within themselves.

I believe that nourishing your body with natural, age-supportive solutions like Moringa, Hyaluronic Acid, and magnesium-rich skincare isn’t just about looking good—it’s about feeling vibrant, strong, and comfortable in your skin at every age.

Mental clarity and emotional resilience come from the inside out. I teach practical tools like EFT, hypnotherapy, and kinesiology to help you release stored trauma, manage stress, and rewrite the patterns that no longer serve you.

Your spirit is your compass. Through my courses and healing resources, I guide women back to their intuitive wisdom, inner strength, and connection to what truly matters—so they can move forward with peace, purpose, and joy.
